Norway's embassy in Lebanon has been evacuated due to bomb threats, reports NRK.
"There are a few diplomats in Beirut now, and everyone is safe" writes Ragnhild Simenstad from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Norwegian embassy is located a few blocks from the Swedish one in central Beirut.
The threat may possibly be related to the Arab media company Al Jazeera. It has its office in the same complex as Norway's mission, and is reported to have been threatened.
