At least 18 people were killed when a bus crashed down into a river in Algeria's capital Algiers on Friday afternoon.
The accident occurred when the bus drove off a bridge and down into the river, in the Mohammadia district, announced rescue authorities in the city.
The cause of the accident was unknown late on Friday.
