In five days, Norway's handball men will play their Olympic premiere against Argentina. Then, the final preparations have received a setback.
Norwegian Dagbladet writes that several players have been afflicted with stomach flu, and have not traveled with the team to France. Among them is one of the team's biggest stars, Sander Sagosen.
The players in question, in addition to Sagosen, are Simen Lyse, Magnus Søndenå and Sebastian Barthold.
There will be no longer wait before the last players also travel to Paris.
According to our plan, they will travel to France tomorrow, says the team's doctor Harald Markussen to the Norwegian website.
Norway will play in group B, where Denmark, France, Egypt, Argentina, and Hungary will also play.
Sweden will play in the other group, group A.
