The police in Skien received several alarms about an armed man wearing a robber's mask during Saturday afternoon. Despite the man, according to the callers, not having threatened anyone, a large police operation was launched.
The initial description was a man in black clothes and a black robber's mask, with a handgun in one hand, reports NRK.
Shortly after 2 pm, the police announced that they had made contact with the suspect – a minor boy, who had been at a Halloween party.
