The former presidential candidate, UN ambassador, and governor Nikki Haley is launching a political talk show. The Republican will conduct interviews and talk to listeners on the satellite radio channel Sirius XM once a week.
The program will be broadcast until the next US president is installed in January, with the possibility of an extension.
Nikki Haley was the last Republican to challenge Donald Trump for the party's presidential candidacy during the primary election campaign in the spring. She emphasized that she was a center-oriented politician of the "new generation", advocated for cognitive tests of presidential candidates, and strongly criticized both Trump and Joe Biden.
Later, however, she backed Trump as the party's presidential candidate.
Haley says she wants to move away from the polarization that exists in the media.
My children don't watch the news because they think both sides are crazy. They're not wrong, she says.
Americans are tired of it... They want to hear about the issues.
