Almost half of the 32 people found dead have been identified. The bodies were found in hidden graves in the community La Calera, just over 30 miles northwest of Mexico City.

Criminal groups often bury their victims in secret graves, like those found in Iraputo. According to the Mexican government, over 132,000 people are missing.
