More than 270 people in Kenya have been arrested following clashes between demonstrators and police on Tuesday, according to the Kenyan police.
The protests began two weeks ago in protest against an unpopular tax increase and soaring living costs. Despite the resistance, the increase was voted through and large protests broke out.
The military was called in to reinforce the police and at least 30 people died.
The country's president promised to withdraw the increase after the deadly demonstrations, but the protests have still continued.
