Almost 100,000 cases of cholera have been reported in Sudan since July last year, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) which fears that it will get worse in the wake of civil war and hunger.
A conflict between the country's army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) is ongoing in the country.
–Cholera has swept over Sudan, with all states reporting outbreaks, says WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
About 770,000 children under the age of five are also feared to be suffering from severe, acute malnutrition in Sudan.
