A man in his 30s made a 12-year-old girl pregnant. Now he has been convicted of child rape, writes Upsala Nya Tidning.
He got in touch with the girl on Snapchat and they met a couple of times in a location in Uppsala County. A paternity test conducted before an abortion was performed showed that he was the father.
The man has denied the crime and claimed that he believed the girl was significantly older.
He is sentenced to prison for three and a half years.
