The police in Malmö arrested a man on Sunday on suspicion of assault and aggravated rape, writes Sydsvenskan.
It is a woman who was initially assaulted and then managed to shout for help from a balcony, thereby attracting people's attention, says Hannes Kinnunen, internal commander at Malmö police, to the newspaper.
The man is in his 45-year-old and the woman is in her 35-year-old. They are said to be superficially acquainted. The man was arrested in the afternoon.
