Logistics Company in Norwegian Billion-Dollar Deal

Property company Logistea is merging with Norwegian industry colleague KMC. The deal is taking place through Logistea buying shares in Oslo-listed KMC at a value of nearly 3,3 billion kronor.

The purchase is being financed with newly issued shares.

The two property companies own properties primarily in industrial, logistics and warehouse spaces. Together, they will have properties in several North European countries worth over 13 billion kronor, according to a press release.
