Now it's clear. IFK Norrköping's team captain My Cato is leaving the club for English Crystal Palace.

Leaves Norrköping for Crystal Palace

"I've had good talks with the coach. They have a good view of how good I am as a football player and how they want to use me in their playing system. That was something that attracted me", says Cato to the club's website.

The 22-year-old was not included in Norrköping's squad in Saturday's match against Trelleborg since she had been given permission to "visit and negotiate with another club". Cato is open to returning to Norrköping in the future.

"I will definitely want to play for IFK again. Many of those who are here I have played with for three years in IFK Norrköping. I have met friends and people for life here in the association", she says.

The Crystal Palace she is now joining plays in the English top league.
