The Israeli forces are moving "south of the blue line", said Hochstein to reporters in Lebanon, referring to the demarcation line that is intended to keep the two countries' military troops separate.
The withdrawal of forces is the second that Israel has carried out from Lebanon since the ceasefire was concluded on November 27.
These withdrawals will continue until all Israeli forces have left Lebanon, said Hochstein after a meeting with Nabih Berri, Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament.
