A horse died after being hit by a car on road 692 outside Västerås on Thursday afternoon. According to VLT, the car suffered extensive damage in the collision.
The police do not suspect any crime in connection with the accident, and state that there are no reports of any personal injuries.
Initially, the road was closed in both directions, but shortly after 5 pm, traffic was released alternately.
