Handelsbanken and Skandia lower mortgage rates

Several actors are now lowering mortgage rates but choose different strategies. While Handelsbanken lowers the fixed rates by between 0.10 and 0.35 percentage points, it leaves the variable rate unchanged.

In turn, Skandia chooses to lower the variable rate by 0.15 percentage points, but leaves fixed rates between 1 year and 5 years unchanged.
