Guatemala's President Bernardo Arévalo announced this at a joint press conference with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
"We have agreed to increase the number of flights with deported persons by 40 percent, including both persons with Guatemalan citizenship and other nationalities."
According to the agreement announced by Arévalo, the deported persons would then be flown to their home countries at American expense.
El Salvador announced a similar but broader agreement on Monday. The Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele said at a press conference that the country would receive deported migrants of all nationalities, including American citizens.
Immigration, which is one of the Trump administration's priorities, has been the main focus of Rubio's first trip abroad as US Secretary of State.
The visit to Guatemala is one of several stops for Rubio in Central America, where the focus is on pressing governments to do more to meet Donald Trump's demands for tougher action in the migration area.
