Since Finnish trade unions have announced industrial action on Thursday, the airline Finnair is cancelling around 70 flights to and from Helsinki Airport.
The measures, between 2 pm and 4 pm, will affect customer service, baggage handling, and other ground operations, Finnair writes in a press release.
The approximately 6,500 customers whose flights are being cancelled will be contacted as soon as possible, and the company will offer alternative flights.
Customers can choose to waive these and instead apply to get their money back.
The state-owned Swedish airport company Swedavia tells TT that they have no information about cancelled flights between Swedish airports and Helsinki.
