It's about keeping your tongue in the right place in your mouth as a rally driver – and it's not okay to take out verbal corners any way you want. Ask Adrien Fourmaux.

The swearword after the goal in the Swedish rally on Sunday was certainly on the tip of his tongue. The Frenchman expressed his disappointment during a TV interview, but it also cost him a hefty fine.

If the "Frenchman" apologized, he continued in English with "We fucked up yesterday", a language use that the International Automobile Federation, FIA, quickly cracked down on according to the new, very strict rules that apply to how one expresses oneself.

Fourmaux will be fined around 113,000 kronor for the swearword, writes Västerbottens-Kuriren. The 29-year-old does best to guard his tongue for the rest of the season. The fine amount will triple if he doesn't take care of his language for the rest of the World Championship season.

According to Automotorsport, it is the first time a rally driver is fined according to the new rulebook.
