An explosion has occurred in a stairwell of an apartment building in Tensta, northwestern Stockholm, according to the rescue service.
The alarm came just after 5 pm on Thursday.
We have just arrived at the scene and can confirm that there has been some form of detonation in the stairwell of an apartment building, says Alexander Westerberg, commanding officer at the Mitt rescue center.
There is no information that anyone has been injured.
According to the police, there has been minor material damage to, among other things, a door.
An investigation has been initiated for gross reckless endangerment and gross violation of the law on fire hazardous and explosive goods.
No suspect has been arrested yet.
