A doctor in Region Uppsala is suspected of five rapes against patients, reports Upsala Nya Tidning.
The man was arrested on Thursday, despite denying the allegations, suspected of the assaults, which are said to have taken place at a health center at the beginning of last year.
Four patients, all younger men, have reported the doctor for assaults that allegedly occurred in connection with the victims seeking care.
The man was dismissed from his position last year, writes SVT Uppland. Region Uppsala has reported the incidents to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate.
