The condition is life-threatening for the teenage boy who was injured after receiving an electric shock on the railway area at Klippan railway station on Saturday evening.
The boy was flown from Helsingborg hospital to the burn center in Linköping on Sunday, according to Region Skåne.
The teenager is believed to have been on top of a freight train in connection with the accident at around 19:00 on Saturday, according to the police.
There is no suspicion of crime in connection with the incident.
