County Insurance is lowering the interest rate on mortgages with fixed terms, the company announces in a press release.
The reductions are between 0.10 and 0.25 percentage points.
A loan with a one-year binding period is being lowered by 0.25 percentage points to 3.99 percent. The two-year interest rate is also being lowered by 0.25 percentage points to 3.59 percent.
The interest rate on mortgages with a three-month binding period remains unchanged at 5.24 percent.
Skandia is lowering the variable interest rate by 0.17 percentage points to 4.82 percent, but leaving other interest rates unchanged.
