It was in March that the Swedish Transport Administration's staff suspected a man who was fiddling with himself during a theory test in Bulltofta.
A review of the test history showed that the 48-year-old man had failed the test as recently as a week earlier and had booked 87 theory tests over two years, but never managed to pass.
When the test administrator approached the man and asked him to remove his headphones, it turned out that he had a hidden earpiece inside the Swedish Transport Administration's headphones. By clicking on the computer's audio function, he got the questions read out, and a voice in the earpiece gave him the correct answers.
The man is now being prosecuted for gross dishonesty. According to himself, he did not understand that he was cheating.
But I understand now that it's wrong, he says in the interrogation.
