Divers have found five bodies in the luxury yacht that sank off Sicily on Monday, reports BBC, citing Sicilian authorities. Four of them have been taken ashore.
One person is still missing after the shipwreck, and the Italian rescue service will resume the search for that person on Thursday.
Italian authorities have not yet confirmed which of the missing persons have been found so far, writes BBC, adding that it is likely to happen only when all bodies have been found and recovered.
Six people were missing after the shipwreck, including tech entrepreneur and billionaire Mike Lynch and his 18-year-old daughter, and the chairman of the board of investment bank Morgan Stanley International, Jonathan Bloomer.
The sailing boat, a over 50-meter-long luxury yacht, was anchored about 700 meters from a harbor when sudden storm winds hit it, during the early Monday morning.
15 people, including a one-year-old child, were rescued from the yacht.
Corrected: In an earlier version of the text, the wrong weekday was stated in the caption when the boat sank.
