The online pharmacy Apotea plans to list its shares on the Stockholm Stock Exchange during the fourth quarter of this year, according to the company.

No new capital from the owners is planned in connection with the listing.

Among the larger current owners are the pension company Alecta and the investment company Creades.

"A stock exchange listing will give us additional opportunities to develop the company," says CEO and founder Pär Svärdson in a written comment.

During the last 12-month period, up to and including September, the company had revenues of 6.3 billion kronor and an operating margin of 4.1 percent.

According to previous information to the news agency Bloomberg, the stock exchange listing of Apotea may bring in 2-3 billion kronor.
