An apartment in Mariestad was shot at during the night leading up to Wednesday.
The police were alerted to the residence around midnight when a person discovered a hole in the apartment door. On site, the police established that someone had shot into the apartment through the outer door.
Two people were in the apartment, but neither of them was injured in connection with the incident. An investigation into attempted murder and serious violation of the weapons law has been initiated.
No suspect has yet been arrested.
