It looks like the two outer apartments are completely gone now, says Oscar Olsson, TT's photographer on site.
The fire started in an apartment on the second floor and has since spread to the two-story wooden building, according to Patrick Johansson, duty officer at the rescue service. The fire spread quickly via a loft corridor and seven apartments are directly affected.
According to initial reports, people jumped from the balconies, says Christina Ekström, station commander with the police to LT.
One person was treated on site, but according to the rescue service's information, due to an illness. No one is believed to be left in the affected apartments.
It seems like we've been able to search through the apartments, says Patrick Johansson to TT.
The police also report that no one is injured from the fire itself.
The rescue service has set up so-called containment lines and the fire is now reported to be under control.
A neighbor alerted the rescue service at around 4:30 am on Sunday morning.
