The US President Joe Biden will use the last months of his term to put Ukraine in the "best possible position to win".
This was stated by the US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan via link at a high-profile Ukrainian meeting on the development of the Russian invasion war on Saturday.
President Zelensky has said that this war will ultimately be ended through negotiations and they (Ukraine) must have a strong starting point at that time, said Sullivan.
