A man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of murder. He was stopped by police in Malmö at 1am on Saturday morning after a man was found dead in an apartment in Lund.
Annie Nilsson at the prosecution authority's press office tells Sydsvenskan that the man is being held on probable cause suspicion of murder.
During the night, the police have conducted interviews and carried out a technical examination of the apartment.
The prosecutor must decide by Tuesday at the latest whether the man will be detained or released on bail.
