The Attunda District Court sentences 16 people for crimes related to murder plans in Upplands Väsby in December 2023, the court writes in a press release.
The longest sentence – nine years and ten months – is given to a person who is convicted of two cases of preparation for murder, two cases of aggravated weapons offenses, and for involving a young person in criminal activity.
Two people are sentenced to four years in prison for, among other things, aiding and abetting preparation for murder and aiding and abetting aggravated weapons offenses.
Three people are sentenced to prison terms ranging from two years and six months to two years and ten months for storing, among other things, a weapon in their apartment.
Four people who were 16-17 years old at the time of the crimes are sentenced to closed youth care for seven months. A woman is sentenced to two years and seven months in prison for aggravated weapons offenses.
A man who has been sentenced to life imprisonment in another case is also sentenced in this case. The sentence will also include the aggravated weapons offense for which the man is convicted in this case.
