The brunch at Artipelag Restaurant is scheduled to continue through 15 November, with service on Saturdays and Sundays. The buffet includes a selection of cold dishes, three hot dishes to choose from and a dessert table made by the restaurant’s bakers and pastry chefs. The cold dishes include beef tartare with coriander and chilli mayonnaise, flame-seared salmon with mustard cream, and herring in four flavours. Plant-based options include fermented beetroot with wood sorrel and wild garlic capers, as well as roasted pumpkin with sage and goat’s cheese. Skagen salad is also served. Artipelag says its chefs make all the food from scratch, drawing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and the surrounding nature. The restaurant has panoramic views over the Stockholm archipelago. Artipelag says the menu may change.

About Artipelag

INNER CHILD – Playing with Design

23 Oct to 11 Apr · Artipelag

What happens when we dare to see the world through the curious eyes of a child? Artipelag presents a unique design exhibition exploring the inner child as a source of creativity, hope, and the joy of making. Created exclusively for Artipelag by Lidewij Edelkoort and Philip Fimmano, the exhibition brings together the work of one hundred designers and artists in an inspiring narrative about playfulness, imagination, and the human need to create with our hands.

Carve an object with character

to 20:30 · Artipelag

As part of the exhibition INNER CHILD – Playing with Design, Artipelag invites you to a woodcarving workshop with cabinetmaker and woodcarver Moa Brännström Ott. Discover the basics of whittling and transform a piece of wood into something of your own – perhaps a spoon, a butter knife or something entirely different. Inspired by INNER CHILD, the workshop is as much about daring to experiment, play and follow your curiosity as it is about craftsmanship. No previous experience is required.
