Marie Holmlund and Helene Landin lead a talk on social health, the part of health shaped by relationships, belonging and how people relate to others. The session looks at how these factors affect mental and physical wellbeing, and at how professional relationships can build job satisfaction and security at work, make use of people’s skills, and help prevent social stress and minor conflicts.

The speakers will discuss how a workplace climate shapes its culture and why social resilience matters in everyday life. They will introduce eight social codes: practical approaches intended to strengthen interaction. The talk is for people interested in healthier workplace relationships and a safer social climate. It takes place at Culinar Kök & Catering in Norrtälje. Advance booking is required. Coffee and a sandwich are available beforehand.
