Many elderly exposed to violence – support is lacking
Many over 60 years old have been exposed to violence and abuse over the last 12 months. The violence is ongoing in secret and people are suffering in silence. The violence must be highlighted more, says Catarina Gustafsson, investigator and expert at the Equality Agency.
