How to reach it: by phone through the switchboard or by email. It does not rent out homes or settle disputes between tenants and landlords.
Where people get stuck: questions about your rent or your landlord belong with the rent tribunal (hyresnämnden) or a tenants' association, and building permits with your municipality.
