The low-pressure system is moving across the country in the coming days. But in some areas, it will also be real high summer heat.
It's yo-yo weather right now, but there's still room for sun between the rain showers, says Christopher Greenland, SMHI's on-duty meteorologist.
In the near future, it will be classic Swedish summer weather, according to SMHI.
Tuesday will start with high summer heat as temperatures will reach well over 20 degrees in both Stockholm and on Gotland. But from Skåne, a rain area will spread northwards, already on Tuesday, and will continue to move up over northern Sweden on Wednesday.
On Thursday, a rain area with showers will cover large parts of Sweden, stretching from Stockholm up to Norrbotten. Between the showers, there's a chance of sun.
But towards the end of the week, the heat will return. The weekend forecast currently shows warmer weather over central and southern Sweden with temperatures around 20 degrees.
