War Grenades Exploded on Danish Island

Danish police detonated 18 grenades on Fanø off Esbjerg on Tuesday.

The grenades were found in February in connection with the renovation of a summer house, and proved to originate from World War II, reports TV Syd.

Tuesday's controlled detonation in a forest area lasted for several hours, the police announced on X.
