Vattenfall is increasing the electricity grid fee – again. From the turn of the year, the fee for a villa customer who partially heats their house with electricity will increase by an average of 160 kronor per month.

For apartment customers, the average increase will be around 30 kronor per month, according to information sent to customers.

The decision is motivated by the increased expansion of the electricity grid and higher own costs.

Previously, among others, Ellevio has announced that it will increase the electricity grid fee by 6 percent on average from the turn of the year.

The electricity grid fee is the fee a household pays in addition to the actual electricity trade.
