Tele2 and GCI Merge to Form Pan-Baltic Company

Tele2 is merging with GCI to form a pan-Baltic company, writes Tele2 in a press release. The company is valued at 560 million euro and Tele2 will own half of the company.

The deal will have a negative impact of 35 million euro on the operating result in 2026. The parties have also undertaken a ten-year investment plan to build new facilities throughout the Baltics.
