The Left Party is investigating another member, writes Svenska Dagbladet.
It concerns one of the initiators of a petition for Kristofer Lundberg, former chairman of the local party organization in Angered. He was expelled on Wednesday, among other things, after he expressed support for the terrorist organization PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine).
The man was recently interviewed in Dagens Nyheter in connection with the petition and described PFLP as a resistance movement. He also refused to distance himself from the Hamas attack on October 7 last year.
The Left Party's press office tells SvD that a case has been initiated in connection with his statement in DN.
The man, who has only been a member of the Left Party for a short time, says he is considering leaving the party himself.
