After just a few minutes of trading, the broad stock market indices have fallen clearly. The S&P 500 index fell one percent and is now back at the same level as when Donald Trump won the presidential election in early November.
The tech-heavy Nasdaq index is even slightly below that level, given the continued decline in the initial Tuesday trading.
Yesterday, US stock markets fell around two percent.
Among stocks that continue to stand out is once again Tesla. The electric car giant's share is falling around five percent at the opening.
