The Stockholm Stock Exchange's OMXS index closed unchanged on Tuesday.
The stock market opened upwards, but the price development stalled and turned around in the afternoon.
Among the most traded shares in the OMXS30 index, cloud service company Sinch performed best and rose 3.7 percent.
Industrial company Alfa Laval reported quarterly figures during the day. The share rose 1.6 percent after an unexpectedly large increase in orders.
In the opposite direction, among others, forest company SCA fell 1.9 percent. Volvo also declined, minus 1.8 percent.
Online bank Nordnet presented its quarterly report in the morning and rose 0.5 percent.
The development on the leading European stock exchanges was mixed. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange rose around 0.8 percent, while London and Paris both fell a few tenths of a percent.
