More than 340 people have died and around 1.5 million people have been affected by flooding that has hit Chad since July, according to the UN.
The flooding has affected all 23 provinces of the country, according to the UN's humanitarian agency Ocha.
The UN warned last week of the severe impact of flooding in the region, particularly in Chad, while urging immediate action and funding to address the climate crisis.
According to earlier reports from Ocha in September, more than 700,000 people have been affected by severe flooding in South Sudan.
