Ukraine and Russia have carried out an exchange of captured soldiers, according to the Russian military.
The exchange was mediated with the help of the United Arab Emirates.
"As a result of the negotiation process, 25 Russian military personnel have returned from territory controlled by the Kyiv regime. In return, 25 Ukrainian military personnel were handed over", writes Russia's Defence Minister on Telegram.
