Here are some voices about Karlsson's somewhat phenomenal performance during the 10km in Ruka:

Ebba Andersson:

Incredibly impressive what she achieves out there today.

Emma Ribom:

So cool to see Frida. It was really today's highlight. I thought when I crossed the finish line: "1.5 minutes behind, God was it that bad?". Then I saw that she had taken it with a 46-second margin and then it felt much better.

I had a feeling that Frida would be strong today. She has been on "g". But that she would win with 46... it was still a little surprising but really cool.

Astrid Øyre Slind:

I'm not surprised because Frida is a damn good skier.

Therese Johaug:

I don't think I would have been able to beat Frida today.
