Three people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of a man in his 30s in Vetlanda during the night against Sunday.
The injured man was taken to hospital by ambulance.
He is not critically injured, says police spokesperson Johnny Gustavsson.
Police and rescue services were alerted about loud bangs heard in the area. However, the injured man had no gunshot wounds.
He has injuries from some kind of sharp object, says Johnny Gustavsson.
The suspects arrested are a man in his 25, a man in his 50s, and a teenager under 18 years old.
