The S-politician Mattias Ahlenhed stated over the weekend that he would not have anything against a "fat, ugly fascist pig" party colleague being shot with an elk rifle.
For this, he has been reported to the police and forced to leave his political assignments in Sollefteå. Now he is also being relieved of his teaching duties, reports P4 Västernorrland.
Sollefteå municipality has launched an internal investigation against Ahlenhed, who over the weekend sent a degrading and threatening email to party colleague Roger Johansson. During the process, he will be relieved of his duties.
On Monday, the Social Democrats in the region announced that Ahlenhed would have to leave his assignments.
The background to the threatening email is a bitter struggle within the party concerning Sollefteå hospital.
