A man in his 40s has been found dead in Karlstad during the night to Sunday.
Police received an alarm about a serious violent crime and when the patrol arrived at the scene, the man was found outdoors in the Herrhagen area with life-threatening injuries.
The patrol arrived at the scene at 04.38, said Olga Åkerblad, duty officer at police region Bergslagen.
It is still unclear what has happened and no one is suspected or arrested in the case.
