The demand comes after Aftonbladet's revelations about Landerholm's private trips to Berlin at the taxpayers' expense.
According to Peter Hultqvist, it is now time for Landerholm to resign.
Somewhere, the limit must have been reached for Kristersson's protection. He has worked himself into a situation where it is time to pack up his things at the Government Offices. This will not hold, he says to Aftonbladet.
Damages credibility
This winter, among others, Dagens Nyheter has shown that Landerholm has been careless with confidential documents and forgotten his mobile phone at the Hungarian embassy in the midst of a NATO process.
It's always so much. This naturally damages his and the Government Offices' credibility, says Hultqvist.
The risk, according to Hultqvist, is that it damages national security.
It's not possible to have it like this if you're going to be a national security adviser.
The Left Party reported the Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson to the Constitutional Committee last week after the revelations about Landerholm. In a comment to TT, party leader Nooshi Dadgostar now writes that the trust in Henrik Landerholm is exhausted.
"He must leave his assignments immediately", she writes and continues:
"Already earlier, there were strong reasons to question his judgment and suitability for the service. Now, further information emerges that should make the Prime Minister realize that there are no other alternatives than for Landerholm to leave his service".
"Will be difficult"
The Green Party's spokesperson Daniel Helldén believes that Landerholm's future is a question for Ulf Kristersson.
There is a problem here. He is a national security adviser and then you must be able to trust that he impeccably performs his duties and can give advice. It will be difficult if he himself does not follow the rules, says Helldén.
The Prime Minister must consider whether to have a security adviser who in this way cannot keep track of his things.
