On Friday next week, November 29, the starting shot for Black Friday will be fired. In connection with the sale, the police in Malmö will increase their presence around stores and shopping centers, according to a press release.
In some cases, police officers may walk around with reinforcement weapons. The purpose is to be able to act in the event of serious incidents.
The police emphasize that there is no concrete threat, but that the security situation in Sweden and the world in general is serious, and that the work is being done in a preventive manner to create safety.
