Johan Floderus has been reunited with his family after the Iranian imprisonment.
"We are with Johan and close friends and family. All is good", writes his sister Ingrid Floderus to Aftonbladet.
The Swedes Johan Floderus and Saeed Azizi, who had been imprisoned in Iran, landed on Saturday evening at Arlanda. They had been exchanged for the life-sentenced Iranian executioner Hamid Noury.
Johan Floderus is now resting together with his relatives.
"Just today, we have nothing more to say than that we are extremely happy and grateful and have not yet taken it in”, writes Ingrid Floderus to Aftonbladet.
On the plane back to Sweden, Floderus uttered some of his first words in freedom.
I am literally on cloud nine and I feel emotionally like I'm in seventh heaven, I've been waiting for this for nearly 800 days, he says on the loudspeaker to Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) in a film clip from the Government Offices.
I have dreamed of this day and I have pinched myself in the dream and confirmed that it's really true. I am really free, only to then wake up on this bloody concrete floor, continues Floderus in the clip that Expressen has published.
